We are thrilled to invite you to our annual Winemaker’s Dinner on October 25th at 7:00 PM at Stone Ashe Vineyards. This intimate evening will feature only 40 seats.

The evening will unfold with a four-course, farm-to-table dinner crafted and paired by Chef Andreas Guenthner. Originally from Munich, Chef Andreas has developed his approach at acclaimed restaurants including Gene’s at the Cove in La JollaAva Gene’s in Portland, and most recently as Chef de Cuisine at Posana in Asheville. Now a private chef, Andreas is deeply committed to working with local Asheville-area farmers and growers, sourcing the highest-quality meats, produce, and spices to create a dining experience that is both refined and rooted in place.

Please note: The menu is set and cannot be altered or substituted. For guests with nut allergies, Chef Andreas can prepare nut-free versions of any dish, but no additional modifications will be available.

Your dinner pairings will showcase:

  • 2023 Fumé Blanc with Burrata Cheese (Peperonata, Almonds, Herbs) and Local Bread

  • 2022 Reserve Chardonnay (first unveiling) with Fall Salad (Local Greens, Apples, Radishes, Feta, Candied Pecans, Shallot Vinaigrette)

  • 2022 Left Bank Blend, 'Coppedge Hill' (first unveiling) with Braised Beef Short Ribs, Spaghetti Squash Risotto, and Roasted Broccoli

  • 2024 Riesling with Pumpkin Panna Cotta (Apples, Homemade Granola)
