Winery & Cellar Tour - $45pp
Experience the heart of Stone Ashe Vineyard & Winery with a behind-the-scenes tour, available by reservation. Your visit will begin on our crush pad, where we’ll share the philosophy and distinctive terroir that define our wines. You’ll then move into the tank room to explore our lab and fermentation practices, before concluding in the barrel room with an in-depth look at our barrel-aging program.
As part of your experience, we’ll reserve a table for your group after the tour to accommodate your tasting experience. Included is our ‘Vintner’s Tasting', a rotating seasonal tasting of 3 wines (2 ounce pours each) selected by our winemaking team. This summer's tasting includes our most recent wine club allocation, offering a unique glimpse into our limited releases and wine club exclusives. For guests seeking a broader introduction to our portfolio, we offer a ‘6 Wine Tasting’ to showcase the mainstays of our tasting room and estate vineyard.
Vintner Tasting: 2024 ‘Primrose’ (oaked rosé), 2024 Riesling, and 2022 ‘The Wager’ (95% Petit Verdot + 5% Cabernet Franc)
6 Wine Tasting: 2024 Merlot Rosé, 2024 Riesling, 2022 Sauvignon Blanc, 2022 Chardonnay (Stainless Steel), 2020 Coppedge Hill (Left-Bank Bordeaux Blend), 2020 Davenport (Right-Bank Bordeaux Blend)
