►Term commitment of 1 year. Membership may be cancelled after 1 year as long as we are given a notice 30 days prior to the next shipment date

►By enrolling in Stone Ashe Vineyard’s wine club, you agree to pay for and receive the preselected wine allocation

►Club benefits subject to change year-on-year

►We will substitute a bottle of equal value if an initially scheduled wine is unable to be included

►Stone Ashe Vineyard will keep card on file. 3 weeks prior to shipment/collection, we will charge the card on file, plus applicable taxes

►Pricing per member is based upon release price per bottle of each individual wine -By signing up for club membership, members certify that they are 21 years of age or older, and that they authorize Stone Ashe to charge their credit card on file for all shipping fees and other associated fees (packaging and additional taxes) with their membership

►It is the responsibility of each member to provide us ANY information regarding a change in their credit card number, shipping address, billing address, email address, or phone number

► On-site pick up dates will be communicated in a pre-release email campaign. These orders will be held for 30 days after release. Orders not picked up within 30 days will shipped to the address on file. If they unable to pick up within the time frame, members can contact wineclub@stoneashevineyard.com to make arrangements
