2026 Spring Dinner
Join us Saturday, March 28th, 2026 at Stone Ashe Vineyards for an intimate spring wine dinner with Chef Andreas. If you missed his highly praised 2025 Winemaker’s Dinner last fall, this is the perfect opportunity to experience his thoughtful, seasonal approach to cuisine.
The evening begins at 6:00pm with a patio cocktail hour featuring passed hors d’oeuvres paired with our 2024 Blanc de Blancs, followed by a multi-course dinner highlighting fresh spring ingredients. Enjoy dishes such as sunburst trout, herb-crusted chicken with lemon risotto, and strawberry panna cotta, each paired with Stone Ashe wines including our 2024 Riesling, 2023 Wayfinder, 2022 Davenport, and the debut of our 2025 Cabernet Franc Rosé. A relaxed and elegant celebration of the onset of Spring.
