2022 Chardonnay

French clone 548.  This clone lends itself to the Chablis style of winemarking.  White meadow flowers lead the nose, followed with apple, honeydew melon, and a pear profile.  A dry lean mineral finish.

Aged 6 months in stainless steel tank fermentation which intensifies the fruity flavors without the thin steely character other clones can exhibit.
